INTRODUCTION
I come to Singapore in 2016 to earn money for my family. I want to stay in Singapore for 5-6 years working, until save enough money then go back (to Bangladesh) and start a business.
CHALLENGES
Big problem is when I first came to Singapore in November, December 2016, I don’t work and boss didn’t pay salary, so I see (this as a) big problem, my problem. Because company don’t give work, money also haven’t give. I (was) new and just came (from Bangladesh), I have the bank loan and I also don't have money, cannot send Bangladesh money. So many problems, I see this as my big problem.
Now my problem have the police case. Last time no work, no pay salary, I go MOM complain already, I say boss never give two months salary and work also never give. Then boss ask me to go office, I go office, boss say send back. But I say I no go back, I want to work. He said no no, your working no help, you go back. I said okay I go back, you give my basic salary. After that, he angry already.I no have MC, no have off-day, I start work every 8 o clock, 9 o clock, I don’t have money, I didn’t do anything, no drinking, no smoking, so why should I go back? I say give me my basic salary, I go back no problem. After boss angry, boss slap me. After that I called the police and ambulance (came), I went (to the) hospital, see the doctor, now my hearing loss already, then (now) the police case (is) running already.

INTRODUCTION
I come in 2016. I coming Singapore to work, to earn money, save my money, send my money back (home), my family also happy, I also happy.I work (in) construction. Construction working workshop. Now, no job (for) about six months.
CHALLENGES
When I was new, first coming Singapore, I (was) at my new job, (there were many things I) didn’t understand. My supervisor many many talk, (I faced) many problem(s) (with him), I don’t understand. My problem is my supervisor. He no help (me with my problems), only talking, complain to my boss. (He said to my boss that) I was no good, I (should) go back (to) Bangladesh.
I hit my head and back, this one problem and this one (gestures to his head and lower back) after 15 days (in the) hospital. After that my boss don’t want to give my special pass. He said you no work. I told him my body no good, how to work. Next time my body good, next time I work. This man said no no, you go back Bangladesh. I complain(ed) to MOM and MOM give (me) my special pass.
sMy friend help, he said to go MOM. (He said to me) If I don’t go, next week I go back to Bangladesh. I go MOM complain. My boss also angry, (he asked me) why go (to) MOM, he asked me to take my passport and go back to Bangladesh. I told him MOM complaint case problem, I coming Singapore to work, money no have. I work to save money and send to my family in Bangladesh. I don’t want to go back to Bangladesh. Maybe I work here 10 years finish, (then) I go back to Bangladesh.
Singapore very good, all men very good but Bangladesh men, Singapore men no same.

I work in Singapore for 1.5 years as construction worker.I coming for work to earn money and I send back (to) Bangladesh.
CHALLENGES
My old company, main problem is the salary problem. So many times don’t give salary. I take and follow the MRT, no pay the MRT money. No money to makan. Like this problem, my old company, many problems already. For three months, four months, one dollar also no give. I go to MOM, MOM talked to my boss, then after a while, something money give.
To all companies’ boss(es), must treat us equal(ly) and pay the salary at (a) fixed time. And anyhow send back the Bangla workers, this one also I don’t like.
